Dylan When the parts were not initially available, I was immediately notified why, and when most likely the parts would be forthcoming. I was also able to track the parts when they were already consolidated and shipped. Then when the parts arrived, they were packed neatly in a reused box material (which I appreciate). All parts were complete, exactly as I ordered and brand new.
